Facebook may be useful for a public creator presence, but that does not give blanket permission to advertise every OnlyFans offer. Posts, links, ads and destinations must meet the rules that apply to them.
Use consistent images, a clear description and current contact information. Publish suitable content with a purpose beyond directing people to a purchase. Check rights and private details before sharing material.
Answer relevant questions and participate where the topic and group rules allow it. Repeated unsolicited messages or bought engagement do not establish an interested community.
An allowed organic post is not automatically an allowed advertisement. Review the Meta Advertising Standards for the actual offer and landing page. Less explicit imagery does not make an otherwise prohibited promotion acceptable.
The Community Guidelines also explain restrictions concerning nudity, sexual services and spam.
Compare reach, relevant visits and the work involved. Facebook followers do not automatically become paying subscribers. Continue a channel when its permitted use supports a measurable goal, rather than assuming it is essential for every creator.
